I made it to 10 a.m. Restorative Yoga. It was difficult to get out of bed. Tuesday morning is my favorite Restorative class.
My low back, my sacrum and SI joints and lateral, like a six inch strip across my back, feels sore and vulnerable. The tenderness makes me hesitate about going to the gym today.
I’m at the Original Pancake House having pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes. I’m exploring every pancake flavor they offer.
I’ve been eating larger meals and not snacking. I haven’t cut my calorie intake down severely enough. I also eat about half the times I’m hungry and I suspect I have to allow myself to be hungry to lose weight. It’s as if my body has to say, “we’ve been hungry and she’s not eating, let’s burn some fat.”
I’m meeting my new therapist this afternoon. It went really well. I liked his approach.
