
I awakened feeling exhausted and allowed myself to rest. When I finally got up, I had time to get to restorative yoga. Class was excellent but we focused on hips again and mine are feeling confused and unstable.
I skipped the gym. I sat at Starbucks for a little while. Today is International Women’s Day and feminist protests abound. I’m conflicted about not participating.
I feel more rested than I’ve felt in days.
