I awakened feeling overwhelmed. I let myself go back to sleep. When I got out of bed, I still had enough time to get to yoga. We did bound ankle pose in restorative. It felt great.

I went straight to the gym. On the recumbent bike I had pain in my right adductors. I stopped at 17 minutes because the pain wasn’t easing. It felt like a failure.

I went to lunch with a friend. It was an excellent treat. We had fun. He surprised me with chocolate popsicles.
