Monkey Mind


I did it again. I made it to restorative yoga and the gym. I felt like I had to lower the level on the recumbent bike to make it easier. Then I remembered my goal to give up “I can’t” and try because I usually can.

My mind was a monkey in restorative yoga today. It jumped from past to future and back and forth again. I couldn’t hear what the teacher was saying for a few minutes, I was so busy thinking.
