I don’t have any motivation. It could be caused by depression or my medications. It’s the reason showers and going to the gym are so difficult. The resulting strategy is to schedule every day.

I’ve been resisting this idea for many months, then finally conceded yesterday. Today’s schedule is an 11:00 restorative yoga class, lunch, and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. I have a shower scheduled when I get home.

My mom gave me a nasty woman pink pussy hat, in solidarity with all women.
