My friend had to cancel her restorative yoga class again this week. One of her kids is sick. I haven’t been to the gym in over a month. I needed to do something. I went to a local studio for a gentle yoga class.
It was modified poses held for several breaths. I found most of it challenging and some of it very challenging.
I didn’t go to heart sutra or meditation this week. The night time driving and messing up dinner scheduling and my medication timing all made it feel too difficult. I found another place for meditation practice and it’s held exactly at the same time. I’m not sure what to do. Options include working around their schedule, assuming i could get used to it, or self practice.
